About yourself (Please include your advantages and disadvantages): Some servers I'm not particularly the most mature, but that's only around other staff, seeing as they tend to be in a more relaxed state around me, which is a good thing.
Why do you think you will be good for staff?: As stated in "About Yourself" I am immature (around other staff, but who isn't?) But whenever there are guests or builder ranks, I'm somewhat very mature, I used to be really bad back in 2013 but when I was made an Operator on Wonder-Planet (a no longer existing server) I did my job with no problems, no risks to losing the rank. Servers deserve to have an active staff who can help out as much as they can until they have something to do in real life, and unfortunately, I will be resuming my second term of school, I don't like school at all, but I do it anyway.
How will you help the community?: Well for one, I will come here now and then to see what's happening, maybe if someone wants a promotion I can review their build and do that. Two, I will intercept players, meaning that if someone looks suspicious, then I will see what they're doing. Three, chat moderation, not as in nobody can talk "moderation" but as in if there are younger people in an environment where a player is swearing or possibly discriminating, I will take action.
If people break rules what you would do?: If implied griefing, use the old way. Offense #1. Freeze and warn them to stop. Offense #2. Kick them as an advanced warning. Offense #3. Ban them. (All offenses will be done in this procedure (Not as in freeze a verbally offensive player, that would be /mute)
Imagine this: On the server there is a person who is higher ranked than you and they are disobeying the rules, what do you do?: I would tell them that they are setting a bad example to me and other players who are a lower rank than thy. If they continue, then report it to higher authority. (Idk, this is what I'd do, but I'd provide screenshots too)
When in these situations, what would you do?: I would definitely do something about all of these.
Someone is Spamming/Flooding: Tell them to stop, if denied, then /mute them for 30 seconds, if repeated, then a /mute for 1 minute. If done again, /kick them, if they continue, /ban.
There is a command abuser: Tell them to stop, if they don't, /kick them, but if they continue, then demote them.
Someone is overusing caps: Tell them to stop, if denied, then /mute them for 30 seconds, if repeated, then a /mute for 1 minute. If done again, /kick them, if they continue, /ban.
References for staff: Nobody referred me to make an application. I did it on my own accord, I want to show the owner(s) that I can be trusted and that I do have potential of a good staff member.
